TJ Schier is the President and Founder of Incentivize Solutions. Prior to founding the company, he spent over 15 years in the hospitality industry in operations, training, recruiting and call centers, most recently as the VP of Field Support for the nation's #1 family entertainment chain, Chuck E Cheese's Pizza. He is also:

the 2004 releases ‘Now That's Service That Sells!' and ‘Now That's Quick-Service That Sells' - Creator of the ‘Drive-Thru Excellence' DVD/VHS
